This tree line block is one of the best in Forest Hills. Well maintained as the buildings on the block are co-ops so they care. Accross the street is a large playground that wes recently redone, and there are now lots of families that go there. The best is that it is one block to the subway. The downfall is that being only a block away from Queens Blvd and the 112 Police Precint there can be conciderable noise.
